TERMS OF SERVICE FREIGHT

  1. Services Provided: Freight Forward Logistics offers third-party logistics solutions including freight services utilizing ground, air, and rail transportation.

  2. Booking Freight: Customers can book freight services by contacting our office via phone or email. A detailed description of the shipment must be provided at the time of booking.

  3. Rates: Freight rates are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment. Additional charges may apply for special handling requirements.

  4. Payment Terms: Payment for freight services is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

  5. Liability: Freight Forward Logistics is not liable for any damages to shipments unless caused by negligence on our part. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for valuable or fragile items.

  6. Delivery Times: While we make every effort to deliver shipments on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation issues.

  7. Claims: Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to Freight Forward Logistics within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the denial of the claim.

  8. Termination of Service: Either party may terminate freight services with written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled before the termination is considered complete.

  9. Amendments: These terms of service may be updated or amended by Freight Forward Logistics at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
